TCS is the data controller of your personal data. The personal data that is collected is processed according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Below you will find information about which personal data we are collecting and processing on you, why we are doing this and how we use the data.
This information is addressed to anyone that;
– Visits TCS website
– Communicates with TCS, via e-mail for example
– Gets in contact with TCS in work or assignment with us, any of our customers, suppliers or business partners.
What data do we process?
Website
We process your IP-address and information about your IT equipment when you visit our website. We use cookies to process data about how you are using our services. The purpose is to evaluate our website for possible improvements. These types of personal data are collected and processed on the legal basis called legitimate interest, see GDPR Art. 6.1 (f). The personal data processed will never be stored longer than 12 months.
Communication through e-mail etc.
In your communication with us we process your name, contact information and information about your question. The data is processed in order to answer your question or handle your matter. The legal basis for the collection of these data is legitimate interest, see GDPR Art. 6.1 (f). The personal data is stored as long as it is required for the specific purpose but never longer than necessary.
Contact in work or assignment with TCS, any of our customers, suppliers or business partners
In projects and collaborations, we processed personal data in order to fulfil obligations and agreements. The personal data processed is name, contact information, business title etc. and will only be stored as long as there is a legitimate interest or a contractual requirement.
We will not disclose personal data to a third party other than (i) if it has been decided between you and TCS, (ii) if it is necessary to fulfill your rights in assignments, (iii) if it is necessary in order to comply with government or court decisions, or (iv) if TCS hires a service provider to perform assignments on the behalf of TCS. Personal data may be disclosed to courts, authorities and counterparties if necessary to defend your rights.
You have the right to request information about TCS use of your personal data at any time. You also have the right to request correction or deletion of incorrect personal data. You can always request that your data is not processed for direct marketing purposes. You are also entitled to receive your personal data in a machine-readable format. In the event you believe that our processing of your personal data is in violation of the data protection legislation, you have the right of submitting complaints to the supervisory authority (the Data Protection Authority in Sweden or your local supervisory authority).
